Chicken Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:

For the Chicken

  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce (Sriracha preferred)
  • 1 tbsp honey

For the Ramen

  • 2 packs instant ramen (discard the seasoning packets)
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Salt & pepper

Directions:

  1. Marinate the Chicken. Whisk together the soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey. Add the chicken and coat it well.  Rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot. Add the chicken and let it cook, stirring occasionally, for 6–7 minutes until golden
  1. Stir in the minced garlic and paprika. Continue cooking until fragrant.
  1. Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a gentle boil. Drop in the ramen noodles. Cook for about 3 minutes until just tender.
  1. Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  1. Ladle the ramen into deep bowls, making sure to scoop plenty of chicken and broth.
  1. Top with sliced green onions.
