Chicken Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce
Ingredients:
For the Chicken
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce (Sriracha preferred)
- 1 tbsp honey
For the Ramen
- 2 packs instant ramen (discard the seasoning packets)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- Salt & pepper
Directions:
- Marinate the Chicken. Whisk together the soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey. Add the chicken and coat it well. Rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot. Add the chicken and let it cook, stirring occasionally, for 6–7 minutes until golden
- Stir in the minced garlic and paprika. Continue cooking until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a gentle boil. Drop in the ramen noodles. Cook for about 3 minutes until just tender.
- Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Ladle the ramen into deep bowls, making sure to scoop plenty of chicken and broth.
- Top with sliced green onions.
